Refund policy
We want you to feel good about your order. We have a 30-day return policy — you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened, unused, with the safety seal intact, and in its original packaging. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages & issues
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or you've received the wrong product, email us right away at so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-returnable items
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened supplements or any product with a broken safety seal. We also can't accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
If you're unsure whether your item qualifies, get in touch before returning it and we'll let you know.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return your original item, and once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the new one.
European Union 14-day cooling-off period
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As above, the item must be unopened, unused, with the safety seal intact, and in its original packaging, and you'll need your receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We'll notify you once we've received and inspected your return and let you know whether your refund has been approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
